Bill Kristol wants to rebrand conservatism as...

Bill Kristol is a leading "neoconservative" member of the American Republican Party. I have argued for many years that the establishment Republicans should really be called right-liberals, as they mostly hold to some variant of a classical liberal politics. Bill Kristol was asked how "conservatives" (establishment Republicans) like himself might rebrand themselves and he answered as follows:

He is happy to rebrand "conservatism" as liberalism. And I hope he does, as using the term conservatism deceives people into thinking they have more political choice within mainstream politics than they really do. The choice is really one between a left liberalism and a right liberalism. You get to choose liberalism.

And in case you are sympathetic to the right wing brand of liberalism, it was Bill Kristol who earlier this year responded to problems within the white American working class by suggesting that the white working class should be replaced by Mexican immigrants.

(Kristol is backed financially by our own Rupert Murdoch.)

  1. Bill Kristol is a Jewish NeoCON who recently laughed and welcomed the thought of the destruction of the White middle and lower classes in the US.

He's never been a conservative. Just an imposter and cuckservative for someone else's agenda. No surprise he would say that, he never believed in ANY of it except to co-opt it.

This is the final coup de grace of these parasites and their ultimate goal: to destroy what you hate.... JOIN IT!!!

He'll move further left if he lived another 30 years.

I agree, but it won't happen. It's an essential part of the elites' strategy to maintain the fiction that we have a choice.

  3. These types of “conservatives” have never conserved anything

    They are radicals

They want to radically change the national and international economic system to globalism

They want to radically change the demographics of the world with open border immigration.

They want to radically change the society with destruction of traditional marriage and imposition of fantasy based genders

    Etc etc.

It's important to understand the right-wing does not equal conservative. You can be left-wing and be far more genuinely conservative than 99% of self-proclaimed conservatives.

  4. You made me realize that Liberalism isn't the fundamental attribute of Leftism, so there are both Left and Right Liberals from there I came to realize that Progressivism also isn't the fundamental attribute of Leftism -- so there are both Left and Right Progressives. I also think there is Left and Right Traditionalism.

  5. Conservatives are oriented mainly toward things that lie in the past, including blood ties of family and ancestry, while liberals are mostly connected to future ideas. The material and spiritual basis of the former can never be exhausted; the latter is as unstable as it sounds.

Being process-driven and progress-driven, liberalism is prone to destruction (both inward and outward) because the obliteration of the past is central to its ethos. Destruction and fatalism fuel liberalism.

The success of ideas like Kristol's is one price we pay to enjoy a liberalized society as opposed to a traditional society like Saudi Arabia (or Yemen) or Iran. Any opposition to limit the impact of those ideas has been weak and poorly organized until very recently.

  6. What about Conservstive (or as I like to call it, Preservationist) Leftism?

It's last remnants died circa 1981.
